These scales and backspacer are absolutely BEAUTIFUL ! Far better than was expecting! And the customer service is outstanding and very polite. Well worth the wait but that wasn’t the sellers fault , that was compliments of the USPS losing them however the seller also helped on that from his end. Outstanding product and outstanding service!!!! I highly recommend
